Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access. Each magic link is personal and non-transferable. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

You may only use Server Audit for legitimate purposes. You must not:

• Use the service for activities that violate the law.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits or security measures.
• Run the audit on servers you do not own or have explicit authorization to audit.
• Share audit tokens with unauthorized third parties.

Server Audit offers a free plan and paid audits. Payments are processed through Stripe. Current pricing:

• Free audit: 6 checks, up to 3 servers.
• Full audit: $9 per server, one-time payment.

No subscriptions or recurring charges. Payments are non-refundable once the report is generated.

Each token is bound to a server IP on first use. A token cannot be reused on a different server. Free tokens expire after 30 days and are single-use. Paid tokens are valid for 90 days.

Server Audit, its code, infrastructure, and generated reports are the property of SecureCode HQ. You retain full ownership of your server data. We claim no rights over the information collected by the agent.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Server Audit is provided "as is". The security report is an automated assessment, not a replacement for a full professional audit. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service or from not acting on report findings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
